In the last 10 years I have been an ACT! Certified Consultant and have been helping marketing and sales people use software tools such as ACT! contact management software, Swiftpage drip marketing software, and Aweber auto-response software.

Of course, oft-forgotten tools like the telephone and direct mail are still important -- and often overlooked -- tools that I help people use to expand and diversify their marketing efforts.
